Service Description
Inkwell Notary by Omari provides professional mobile notary services in Germantown, Maryland and surrounding Montgomery County communities. I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, libraries, coffee shops, and other convenient locations for common notarization needs. Services include notarization for power of attorney documents, healthcare directives, advance directives, affidavits, sworn statements, school forms, parental consent forms, travel consent forms, business documents, authorization forms, identity or residency forms, and other documents requiring an acknowledgment, jurat, oath, or affirmation. Service areas include Germantown, Gaithersburg, Clarksburg, Montgomery Village, Rockville, Boyds, Derwood, North Bethesda, Bethesda, Potomac, Olney, Kensington, Wheaton, Silver Spring, and nearby Montgomery County areas. All signers must be present, provide valid government-issued photo identification, and be alert, willing, and able to sign voluntarily. Final pricing will be confirmed before the appointment based on location, number of notarizations, number of signers, urgency, facility visit needs, and witness requirements. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients should cancel or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. - 24+ hours before appointment: Deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. - Less than 24 hours before appointment: Deposit may be retained as non-refundable. - After travel has begun: Deposit is non-refundable, and travel-related fees may still apply. No-Show Policy: - The appointment may be treated as a "no-show" if the signer is unavailable, unreachable, unprepared, does not have acceptable ID, required witnesses are missing, or the appointment cannot be completed because of circumstances outside your control. - "No-shows" are non-refundable and will require a new appointment with a new deposit. Late Arrival: - Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for most appointments. For hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, and nursing homes, a 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed when reasonable. - If the signer is not available, ready, or able to proceed within the grace period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a missed appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable when an appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, signer unavailability, missing identification, missing witnesses, or incomplete documents.
